Hola!!

Eating dinner alone :( watching a Ghost Hunters (re-runs) double yuck!! But--my dinner is quite awesome--even if I do say so myself! Alaskan Salmon, caught by Jeffrey, fresh spinach and udon noodles. Nummy!
I am much to big of a wimp to actually barbeque when it is this cold out so I broiled it and it seemed to work out just fine. Just salt and pepper to start with and after it had cooked a bit I brushed a little ginger barbeque sauce.

I cooked the noodles, drained them and then sauteed them with the spinach, green onions and actually added a bit of red pepper flakes just because I like a bit of spice!!
YUMMo!:D looks so good! madi was just making fun of me because i said " i LOVE salmon!" haha;) that looks much better than my toast and cereal dinner! your picture looks nice too:) xoxo
ReplyDeleteI had never heard of Ginger BBQ sauce until now. I think you'll teach me a lot about food which is a good thing. I'm a lousy cook and when I do it is by the recipe. That salmon dish looks fantastic.
ReplyDeleteThat looks so delicious! i am going to like your blog for the pretty foodie pics. LOL.
